As a communication insight therapist I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A). I started my education at Appalachian State University before moving on to complete my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University.

My experience includes adolescent and adult therapy with specialties in communication, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, identity issues, and familial trauma

Center Space Counseling is a safe space for you to work through issues, reach your therapeutic goals and live a life of authenticity.

ā€œAnything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.ā€

I bring a unique blend of expertise to the therapeutic space. I integrate clinical mental health practice with nearly 20 years of leadership experience, in which I heavily focused on people development, communication strategies, and interpersonal dynamics. This unique combination provides you, my client, the opportunity to learn how to resolve conflicts within yourself as well as with others, skills that will directly benefit you and your relationships.
