Therapeutic Services for Improved Clarity, Communication, and Connection

Individual Therapy

Do you need to clarify your goals, improve communication, or develop deeper connection to yourself and others? I got you.

You may struggle with saying ‘no’ or standing up for yourself? Let’s find your strength.

Are you stuck in codependent behaviors? We can change that.

One on one therapy, is the most common form of treatment in which a client meets with a therapist alone. This is not family therapy or couples therapy. It is private and it is your dedicated time to be honest, open, and candid. You can lay down your armor, knowing that you are in a safe space, free of judgement.

Therapeutic Techniques

I will use a variety of techniques that I have been trained in ranging from psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, humanistic and existential, and post-modern approaches.

Sometimes, we will just sit and talk. Sometimes, we will do an activity. Sometimes, I will assign homework.

A woman and a man sit across from each other at a small table in front of a large window with an ocean view. The woman appears to be resting her face on her hand, while the man is reaching for a tablet.
