One on one therapy, is the most common form of treatment in which a client meets with a therapist alone. This is not family therapy or couples therapy. Therapeutic Techniques
I will use a variety of techniques that I have been trained in ranging from psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, humanistic and existential, and post-modern approaches.
Sometimes, we will just sit and talk. Sometimes, we will do an activity. Sometimes, I will assign homework.
