Therapeutic Services for Improved Clarity, Communication, and Connection
Do you need to clarify your goals, improve communication, or develop deeper connection to yourself and others? I got you.
You may struggle with saying ‘no’ or standing up for yourself? Let’s find your strength.
Are you stuck in codependent behaviors? We can change that.
Communication Insight Therapy
Focuses on language; specifically understanding the language we hear, learn, and use from our childhood, in our relationships, and with others. Is it helping or hindering how we operate with others? With ourselves? Who taught us that language? And how can we change that language? We will explore the intentionality of that language; the (ulterior) motives in that language, the (real) speaker of that language, and to understand which version of you is hearing that language.
Individual Therapy
One on one therapy, is the most common form of treatment in which a client meets with a therapist alone. This is not family therapy or couples therapy. It is private and it is your dedicated time to be honest, open, and candid. You can lay down your armor, knowing that you are in a safe space, free of judgement.

“Mental health ... is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going.”
Therapeutic Techniques
I will use a variety of techniques that I have been trained in ranging from psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, humanistic and existential, and post-modern approaches.
(It’s okay if you don’t understand what these mean. We can talk about it during a consultation.)
Sometimes, we will just sit and talk. Sometimes, we will do an activity. Sometimes, I will assign homework.
